The LG GM730 is a stunner of a mobile phone which measures 109.8 x 56.5 x 11.9 mm, so it definitely is not a small phone, but it slots into a similar size range that include the iphone, Nokia N96 and the Samsung Omnia.

The LG GM730 is dominated by a large 3 inch screen, which although not as large as the Samsung Omnia's 3.7 inch screen, is still very large and definitely stands out. The LG GM 730 only comes in one colour combination, which is Black with Silver trim around the sides. Being a touch phone there is no keypad, however beneath the screen you will find a few touch sensitive buttons (similar to what you find on some Samsung's) as well as a navigational pad to make navigating the interface super quick.

The LG GM730 camera is 5 mega pixels, which is quite reasonable, with autofocus and Schneider Kreuznach optics for clarity. LG KC910

The LG KC910 has a moniker that sends out a bold and clear statement about talent. Packing a whopping 8 megapixel camera and top-of-the-line video recording, the LG KC910 Renoir is all about capturing the moment, leaving an impression. While this alone should be enough to assert an identity, the Renoir just won't stop there. With the full touch user interface and the portly 3" display, everything is a mere touch away. Wi-Fi, HSDPA and GPS are all aboard to add the last bits of oomph to the feature-loaded LG Renoir.

The exciting facts and figures from the Renoir specs sheet however won't really give away its real-life performance and this is where we step in. We already had the camera performance of the LG Renoir to bits in our 8 megapixel cameraphone shootout but it's time to move up and look at the bigger picture.

LG GC900 Viewty Smart

Apparently the LG GC900 Viewty Smart is the upgraded version of the successor LG Viewty KU990. Thus, the GC900 Smart also known as Viewty 2. The LG Viewty Smart GC900 takes the good features from the original phone, and improve it into more valuable handset.

The LG Viewty Smart has a better design than it predecessor, though both of them is the candy bar style phone with the full touchscreen capabilities. The LG GC900 Viewty Smart has a pleasant design. On the front laid the huge display 3.0 inches TFT touchscreen display which supporting up to 16 million colours. Pixel count is an impressive 800 x 480; it is clear that video playback on this device is going to look really good. Also there is a built in accelerometer that allows the display to auto-rotate. Overall, the design of Viewty 2 is very elegant and look very solid solid although quite of the part has the brushed metallic finish, however in reality it’s all plastic.

LG Viewty Smart GC900 is powered by the same UI as you would find on the LG Arena that called S-CLASS 3D interface. What make the UI so eye-catching is the effective CUBE UI, which offers simple rotation through a four sided cube. The Cube is an interactive 3D element that has the four aforementioned homescreens as its sides. Selecting a side, zooms it in nice and smoothly until it fills the screen. This is eminently simple to navigate, and allows for various display options. Everything from homescreen to dropdown menus rolls, sweeps in, unfolds and revolves extra smoothly with a responsiveness that implies some heavy graphics acceleration.

One of the most exciting features of LG GC900 is its 8MP camera that has various advanced features in it, but unfortunately lacks Xenon flash. The lens of this camera are from Schneider Kreuznach which provides excellent quality of images. Camera interface is similar to the LG ARENA KM900, but features a variety of additional functions, while some features such as Touch focus are not available. Now there’s a way to switch between still camera and camcorder straight from the viewfinder itself using the virtual shutter key, there’s manual focus, auto rotation of the interface, and new Intelligent shot mode. What we need to say is, the camera on this phone is nearly to replace your old digital camera.

The music player inside LG Viewty 2 is support mostly all of the music format, such as MP3, AAC, AAC+ and WMA files. And for the video playback, you are not only can watch MPEG4 format video in this phone, the player also support DivX and XviD video files. Dolby Mobile Sound Enhancement is also included as standard, which aims to provides a superior playback experience. And watching video with it large and clear screen is pretty much enjoyable.

LG already done a good job in the old LG viewty. But this time this LG Viewty Smart is more better than the predecessor, thus the phone is going to be another bestseller for LG.
